With everything going on in my RL, Hawks & I thought it'd be best to ditch my $75/mo. tier. As of today, we have officially sold Marimon. Awwwww! *tear* So we're homeless for the next 24 hours until we move into our new Linden tier-free covenant home. I've currently set my home at JH Productions on Masquerade Island. So like yay for that, right?
We really should spend more time at the studio anyways. Mayhaps then we'd get more work done. Rofl.Anyroo, my new glasses are in today, and I have another dentist appointment. Bah! So I shall return laterish. Mwah!

Although, while I would be saving money on tier, doesn't mean I'd exactly be getting more work done, hehe.
How was the real estate market when you sold?
We sold at $15.5L per sqm but it was prime beach front on the new Linden continent.
